    Generally, are looners also cuddlers?

I'm not sure how to post a poll, so I guess I'll just see if posting this takes me to a POLL option or not.

EDIT: DAGNABBIT, this software gives me only THREE minutes to phrase my poll questions! That's not enough time. So, no poll...I missed the deadline.

I've been in at least somewhat intimate situations with three other male looners; I've actually been sexual with one of them. But, the other two without actual sex on my part - though that doesn't mean I didn't have an erection - have been very cool with cuddling, though in my experience most dudes don't really care much for that.

That said, and about the erection, that is actually something rather rare in my case, because cuddling entirely transcends and overwhelms any sexual urges. I cuddled with a looner very recently, and he/we enjoyed it immensely, though I don't think he had ever cuddled with a guy before.

I've also developed (more or less on my own) an ultra-light massage touch which is (I believe) far rarer than even cuddling is. My best friend was once an escort and we do that kind of cuddling sometimes, and he told me in years of escorting I may have been his only client with the "light touch."

So, in my experience, cuddling is not all that common, but I'm wondering if it's more common with looners. After all, many of us hug balloons or inflatables, or straddle them (while usually stroking them), etc.

Furthermore, I'm curious if there's a difference between poppers and non-poppers, in the tendency to enjoy cuddling.

Anyway, let's see if this becomes a poll. If not:
aa. Cuddling is "da bomb!" and I like to do it as much as humanly possible. Cuddling can be (and often is) entirely platonic for me, and is a valid end in itself.

bb. Cuddling doesn't always mean that we're heading toward sex, and it's fun, but it's not entirely necessary and it "gets old" after too long. So, even when the option exists, it won't inevitably happen.

cc. Cuddling is something that sometimes happens if the other person is into it, but it's invariably foreplay that usually leads into sex, so it's basically a means-to-an-end. (a/k/a "happy ending")

dd. Cuddling?!!? Hah! What a waste of time!

There's been a lot of thefts of helium-filled balloons recently. More so than in the past, so they're going up. I think inflation is to blame.

By the way, I'm SOLIDLY in the "aa" option all the way, so much that I've actually joined a couple of platonic cuddling groups. Though I'm unabashedly gay, one of the groups is "co-ed" (guys and women) and a woman was in my "spoon" for over an hour as I intermittently hugged her and rubbed her shoulders, neck, upper back...or sometimes reached a little farther over and rubbed a guy's back. (The woman was in his "fork," i. e. cuddling while facing each other.) I had my back to a guy who had me in HIS spoon, and I was rubbing his arm and right shoulder, and sometimes reaching farther back and rubbing the guy who was spooning him.

Yes, five people in a "cuddle puddle."

I doubt that the "aa" option is anything less than exotic; I don't expect to see many other people fall into that group.

Definitely "aa" for me, i just love the feeling of a nice tight balloon pressing against my chest it's the best feeling in the world, I love hugging them really hard and seeing just how much they can take and how much their neck pushes out, but the feeling of that nice smooth balloon grinding against my chest never fails to turn me on I'm always left with a hard on, it's the most erotic
      feeling ever

I'm a big, BIG cuddler....but only with girls
I used to combine cuddling & blowing up balloons in my relationships.
We would be watching television all wrapped up in each other's arms & legs & just randomly blow up balloons & deflate each other's breath in our faces or sometimes a balloon head bopping match would spontaneous break out or sometimes a blow to pop race...
        Stuff like that.
        Affectionate cuddling is pure awesomeness!

Being a BIG cuddler...but only with girls...heck YEAH, that totally counts! It looks like you belong in the first category, right?

Added a poll for you. Not sure where the 3 minutes comes from though, it's supposed to be set to 3 days (4320 minutes)... must be a bug

Of course this is a very non-scientific poll, but I'm only mildly surprised by the result so far. Of course, I'm talking about cuddling with other humans, rather than with inaminate things (such as PVC ride-'em whales, or GL balloons), but this really is interesting.

Thank you Vicci for adding the poll for me.

I really did get an error message saying that I had exceeded three minutes, and I could no longer do a poll. Three days makes more sense, because it may take a little while to figure out how to present the poll options objectively and concisely.

Interestingly, I don't cuddle balloons all that much.
