I usually fill Geo Blossom 16" balloons with warm water, but for what it's worth, here are my observations:
Pink/rose, violet, lime green and white are the tightest.
Red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple and clear are standard.
Black are quite different from the other colors from my experience. They are thinner and more fragile than the other colors.
