Re: Need your help. BSA balloons reviews.

They inflate rather firm, but they’re also good for multiple inflations and can get well past their original size. They’re also relatively round compared to something like a Qualatex 16”. Their shape...

Re: Favorite way of sealing balloons?

You can buy that kind of clip at IKEA very cheaply. I really like them. Second favorite way is to use rubber hair ties.

Re: Fresh/new balloons

This is my line of reasoning as well. I have had better overall luck with assorted colors of Tuftex balloons (17” and 24”) than with single colors.

Re: Pinky The Sex Balloon

My experience with Rifco balloons is that I have to inflate them to be firm (but not super tight) and play with them to soften them. After that, they are quite soft.

Re: BSA vs Tuftex

Correct. BSA are rather firm. They neck nicely, but they’re also rounder when compared with Tuf-Tex.

Re: Tuftex 14s changed?

If this is true, then perhaps we can expect Tuf-Tex balloons to last longer in storage.

The shape of Tuf-Tex + the longevity and smooth texture of Qualatex is fine by me. :)

Re: Tuftex 14s changed?

I have experienced the same with 17-inch balloons. They were marketed as “Party-Tex” or “party style” and different from normal Tuf-Tex. I hope this was the case rather than a formula change to all...

Re: Awesome Cheap Balloons on Amazon - post yours too!

If you like Tuf-Tex but want to save a few bucks, the Party-Tex (or “party style”) 17” balloons are a decent alternative. To me, they feel a bit less elastic and appear to have smaller necks, but...

Re: Balloon Brands: Let's Get A List Going

I don’t pay much attention to the drop points either, but I know that I do not see drip points on Qualatex balloons that I own.

Re: Frankenloons

Anyone have any tips on patching procedures (number of applications, time it takes to dry, etc.)?

Re: Does anyone know what size this balloon is?

I’d vote GL1200. Given how it’s squished under his weight, I’m guessing it has more room to grow, which would make it too big to be a GL700.

Re: What do you do with the free balloons?

Same here. :D Small nostalgia factor.

Anyway, the BU balloons end up in our general rotation, though they’re generally tossed aside after inflation and end up getting kicked around a bit. They’re...

Re: Punch Balloons: Yay or Nay

I can elaborate a bit on my experiences with punch balloons.

Yes, you should find that they are typically thicker than your average balloon. Among the balloons generally available in stores, they...

Re: Punch Balloons: Yay or Nay

The “neon” colors are kinda cruddy, in my opinion. I don’t like the texture. The standard and crystal colors are better, but I personally prefer ordinary balloons from reliable brands. With that...

Re: Are non-poppers more likely to prefer soft balloons?

Snip the neck with scissors and let the air out.

Honestly, I don’t mind somewhat oxidized balloons as long as they don’t smell very pungent.

Looks like a 14-inch or 16-inch punch ball balloon, doesn’t it?
