Re: Balloon Storage

I've stored my balloons in ziploc bags in a shoebox in the closet. I usually press the air out of the bags to save space, but I've been storing balloons this way since 2013 and have never had any...

Re: Softening inflatables with ATBC

If you search on eBay for "sculpey clay softener" or "atbc clay softener" you can find some cheaper off-brand equivalents(?) from China. I've not tried them myself, but given that they're often less...

Re: Best balloon for riding

Yep, all of this. Besides these specific ones just being good shapes for riding in general, Cattex latex is great because of how stretchy and bouncy it gets, without being weak or fragile.

Re: Does blowing up balloons help with axienty

Hmm, as a semi-popper blowing up a balloon can make me anxious (I usually don't want them to pop) but at the same time it takes my mind off of other (potentially more anxiety-inducing) topics.

Re: Sex with CATTEX Giant Figure Balloon 30" Mouse ?

Cattex balloons soften up a lot with subsequent inflations, and if you're impatient, you can bake them in the oven (brand new balloons on a baking sheet, in the oven at 290F for ~5 minutes works...

Re: A replacement for Q24?

Can't agree enough about the Cattex 32" longnecks, they're even better than Q24s IMO.

Re: Having a hell of a time necking the cattex 36 long neck

Unfortunately they're really hard to neck. What I've found works best (although still not great) is to use a clip to seal the neck from the bulb before inflating, then inflate just the neck as much...

Re: Lidl Electric pump

When you say molten copper, do you actually mean molten? Because copper melts at over 1000C or 1900F, which would be absolutely terrifying for such a basic appliance that wasn't designed to heat...

Re: how do you get off?

Depending on the size of the balloon and dick in question, the neck itself can provide friction. If you thrust deep and back enough, it will unroll after being bunched up.

Re: Does size matter

Have you tried the Cattex 32" longnecks? They're literally made with looners in mind, and in my opinion are the best replacement for the Q24. Larger body, largest neck on any balloon I've ever seen...

Re: Leaving Balloons out in the sun all day?

I'd recommend trying baking balloons with smaller/cheaper ones first, the best amount of time varies quite a bit between brands.

Re: Leaving Balloons out in the sun all day?

Leaving them in the sun works, but baking them is quicker and more reliable - 5-15 minutes in the oven at 290F will make balloons much stretchier and easier to inflate. Just be careful not to overdo...

Re: Larger beachballs no longer available retail?

On Walmart's website they still list the Intex 42" beachballs with the polka dot patterns, and Amazon also sells them. Maybe they're just not sold as much in physical stores?

Re: Afraid to be discovery

I've found the same thing - I don't think most people ever even consider that balloons could be a sexual thing, so there's not much risk of someone finding out even if you show off occasionally.

Re: Blow up dolls!!

I doubt they use any sort of latex, as it's an entirely different material from vinyl. However, there are newer, non-toxic plasticizers in use. I'm not sure if it's the same one that manufacturers...

Re: The Inflated Cost of Helium!

That doesn't really answer my question. What specifically is "impure" helium? Aside from uncommon (I'm assuming) ions, helium won't bond to form molecules with other elements, and with it being so...

Re: The Inflated Cost of Helium!

What defines "waste" helium? As a noble gas, it seems like it would be fairly easy to separate helium from potential contaminants, if that's the issue.

Re: Does size matter

I'm in the same boat with regards to larger balloons - anything smaller than 24" just doesn't really do it for me. I like something that I can bounce on, preferably without popping (unless I want it...

Re: The Inflated Cost of Helium!

I don't think it's quite that straightforward. From my (admittedly limited) knowledge on the topic, while helium and natural gas are often found in the same reserves, this is not always the case, and...

Re: Intex Whales

I'm not sure about down under, but in the US I can order both types (larger black and smaller blue transparent) of Intex and Bestway whales pretty much year-round. Maybe check there, or other online...

Re: To scared to tell or ask

Following your advice is just going to turn the relationship into a toxic mess. Manipulating someone isn't the way to resolve issues.

Re: Can anybody identify this balloon?

Cattex also makes hearts, although that doesn't look quite the same as their 36" one.

Re: Intex Whales

Have you tried the Bestway translucent blue whales? They're pretty similar to the Intex ones, but slightly larger (not as large as the black ones) and made with a stretchier and more durable plastic....
