Usually takes a minute to pop a 12 inch. Although I blow at a steady pace until the neck is full, then quickly finish it. Can probably do it under 30 seconds if I was trying.

Exactly. Honestly, often people get way more fucked up drinking than having a joint. It's really not that big a deal. People just think it's "drugs" so therefore it's dirty and should be avoided....

I think a cabin you can rent would be a better idea. There wouldn't be loads of customers, so a hotel might be a bit overkill. You could order it pre decorated, or choose to do it yourself.
