You can choose what not to download using Resilio (RTFM).

But it's a community folder - people can put up what they want. If you don't want X type or Y type then feel free to set your own up.

Don't forget, Resilio records who deletes what files so it's easily traced and also easily restored - so you'll just end up downloading the same files over and over unless you read the instructions.
