    noise cancelling headphones

If you like to pop with ear plugs and loud music, try noise cancelling headphones. Wow, what a difference! I can clearly hear music, and balloon pops are loud enough to hear but not hurt.

    Re: noise cancelling headphones

I reckon ordinary ear defenders would work better than noise cancelling headphones. They aren’t meant for sudden noises. They work by using a mic to sample the background noise and emit an inverse sound wave to cancel out the sound. They can’t react fast enough for sudden loud sounds.
How big will it go? Only one way to find out...
