Most Pieces after a b2p?

Curious about everyone's experiences with liking to b2p/p2p different brands. Most pieces you've ever had after the boom? This one in the pictures is not the most I've ever had. But it's up there. It shattered into 1,000 pieces. These Q16"s are fun!

Again, not the most shreds. But I can't think of another thread to post a pretty awesome boom! Now I see why looners like popping these so much!

Sempertex 16" clear after pump to pop - that was loud!

Most pieces I had with a pearl white advertising balloon, probably a Belbal 11" or 12".

Belbal 14" (B120) crystal soap, that was third inflation, balloon was very very tight. I tried lay on it, and BOOM! My ears were ringing for several seconds...

These are my favourite type of balloon shard. Long and stringy. Look really cool but easier to clean up than when they turn to confetti.

It was a loud one. Got pretty tight, but didn’t have much of a neck. Don’t often see shards like that.

I had a 1 metre red SWISS balloon pop on me whilst I was inflating it on an electric inflator. All I was left with was a ring of rolled latex from the very end of the neck on the inflators hose and a carpet of grain of rice sized tiny fragments of the balloon...... and ringing ears for hours after!

Hi,

As I mostly - practically always - blow up my balloons until they pop it is not that unusual to end up with quite some little shreds (this can btw be a bit hard to clean up completely).

Now and then a balloon will however explode into unusually many tiny shreds, and I will try to get a pic next time this happens. For now I just attach a pic of what is more common.

It was a qualatex 16" balloon btw

Not even a B2P...I had blown up a clear TT17, got a pretty good neck on it, and clipped it off. It felt tight-ish, but not ultra-tight, if you know what I mean, so I thought it was fine. Went off to another room to do other stuff, maybe 10 minutes later I heard the BANG. Came back to find hundreds of pieces...I'm sorry now I didn't take a picture. Really surprised me because I didn't think it was close to spontaneously popping, let alone shredding like that.

@EtOHLooner, I often put balloons in my room when they're inflated to the max, so they would pop at any time. I'm happy, when I'm around them while they pop spontaneously.

Good job there, I love those kind of shreds! I don't know why but it's super sexy when the shreds have that shape, especially if they remain attached to the mouthpiece...

Hi there,

I just had a very big and pretty Q16 burst into a lot of tiny shreds. As promised I made a pic of it (I put the shreds in my scanner).
Whether or not the shredding is any better than in the first pic I posted I am not really sure (I counted 346 pieces during meticulously picking them up) - I kept my promise of making a pic though.
