At 36" you are higher off the ground so bouncing is easier on the knees and it rebounds more, but it's so wide it can be tough to balance. Plus, if you fall off the back or it pops, yep it's a long way down. I've had better experience with a 17" or 24" stacked on a Donut Ball, better balance and smaller fall.Comment
