Are you wanting a physical shop or would you prefer an online shop? If you want an online shop I'd definitely recommend balloon ace, they do cheap shipping all over the UK and have a great selection of balloons. Or balloons united have an even bigger selection of balloons and fairly cheap shipping too

Yeah new balloon store has some really big ones but you have to ask to see what they have in stock as they are not out on display
