In my defense, I will only say this - Pornography (balloon fetish or otherwise) or even balloon fetish studio-produced material that may not actually be pornography (clothed models etc.), is a commercial product. There is practically no other way to judge the model than her looks. I have no idea what sort of person she is in everyday life. Selecting the commercial balloon fetish material you like based on your own individual preferences is no different to shopping for a car or microwave!

Except for one major difference: a car, or microwave is an object, a thing. The model(s) in any film/show/clip are actual, human beings with thoughts, feelings and a desire to be loved and accepted for who they are - just as we all are.

I understand where you are coming from, but everyone should remember: these models are still someone's mother, daughter, niece, cousin, sister, or whomever else.

Susie is right. Please don't judge them - no matter why - for doing what they do, if you aren't prepared to have someone come up to you, and say similar kinds of things to you. It's really not cool, or justifiable to judge people in this manner. I sure as heck wouldn't want someone saying I'm too hairy, too ugly, too whatever else they may think I am.

Some of these models may very well visit these sites and forums, anonyously, and see exactly what's being said about them.

It's one thing to say a performer is not to your liking or preference, but that's about as much as you should say. Anything else, and I personally don't think it's right to say as such - irrespective of the justification.

The opposite of ‘Things that put you off’ for me were the balloon and inflatable clips produced by McGuffin in Japan. They weren’t exactly cheap to buy, but I loved all of them. They followed a simple format. Hire in a model, book a hotel room, add balloons, inflatables- or both and with a little off camera direction for the model run camera n see the results. Most clips involved a scene involving clothes stuffing or some form of in the mildest sense -bondage with tape or something similar, but the model’s reactions were so genuine and natural. Most were genuinely in fear of the pop as say the balloon or beach ball got tighter and tighter underneath their clothing whilst being inflated on an electric inflator. Sometimes he’d offer a small knife to the model just so she could pop it for herself before it actually burst. No fake back storyline, no fudged dialogue- just models (I’m guessing) being asked to do something a little different to what they were probably more used to, but to me the DVD’s (and downloadable full length 1 and a half hour....ish clips) were some of the most engaging balloon fetish works I’ve ever seen.

100% agree.

Quite often you will see a very attractive (highend porn quality) model, but she is terrible with the balloons. She has the the look of “what the hell am I doing?” or “how long until we are done here?”. She is so minimally engaged.

Any day of the week, I would prefer a less attractive model who seems to enjoy the balloons and genuine appears into it.

I guess that’s what I meant when I said the interaction / performance piece before. With balloons it can be a big factor.

This is one reason I like balloon videos over regular porn. No matter how little you care, you can't b2p without showing some emotion.

Yes I agree. Some porn models make great balloongirls though. A lot of the Club Steffi models are from a porn back ground, also there was a site Myballoonporn, some of the models on there were good. As a general rule of thumb though porn people are not so good at anything other than porn.

Another thing that I just remembered is when someone wears shoes pretty much anywhere indoors, especially when playing with balloons on a bed.
It also feels really weird if they wear nothing but a garter belt and stockings.

I bought a clip from Wonderloons today. A girl blowing to pop a big red balloon between her legs. Upon closer inspection I realised the girl had better arm hair than me!

This is a no no as far as I am concerned, anyone else have any thing that puts them off certain models?

I mainly take issue with what the models do, not necessarily how they look. My pet peeves are:
The use of pins. I hate that method of popping.
Excessive tobacco use, ie popping every balloon with the cigarette.
Excessive "BS" like how horny the BalloonSluts girls act, it's so staged.

Yes, the last one 'Preening' is how I call it, is totally unnecessary, a right put off.
I don't smoke so the tobacco thing does not worry me, it does get overly trite watching prolific cig popping or pin popping. The only cig popping clip I ever saw that was good and the lady made it awesome was a clip by Loons-Elevator featuring the lovely Sue, she also did a pin popping scene both times with tightly inflated 16" Unique balloons. She would pop some then 'attempt' to pop them with the cigarette or pin but not actually make contact to pop. I found that sexy as hell.

Public b2ps or the lack their of. But I cant stand models who use 16" Uniques. Ugh. Their pop is so boring 9/10 times. I love seeing a Qtex or TT get huge and explode with a huge bang and into lots and lots of pieces.

A good point well made Black Bear. The thing with 16" Unique is the pop is more gentle and less ferocious to the person blowing to pop the balloon which is why is suppose they are favoured. After a few inflations the 16" Unique balloons get massive. My wife can B2P a 24" TT or any balloon I give her. I can't as I'm afraid, I have managed a 16" Unique but to be blunt I wouldn't want to try anything better made. We decorated the house with 17" TT for a party recently, the taking down of the balloons was as awesome as it always is with the wife, as well as nail popping them for me she un knotted 2 or 3 and just blew into them to pop them. One got so large you would have thought it was a 24"!

See but to me, and I'm curious if I'm alone lol, that's what I love so much about those two brands over Unique. The sheer violence is what makes b2p fun. Uniques can shred on occasion, but the majority do not. If you're going to b2p a Q16 or tt17, it's usually a guarantee that the explosion will be loud and violent.
I guess for public b2p vids, I'd also like it if they show all the shreds everywhere.

I kind of hate having such a specific thing I like when it comes to balloons.

I like shreds and high tension in videos, but b2p uniques are scary enough and I've regretted b2p stronger balloons after being hit or deafened. Not knowing when it is going to pop or how loud it will be and not needing ear protection are great. And I keep a few tt around in case I get bored or want a challenge.
