Know What's Annoying, Seeing Advertising Balloons, but not Making out the Name

So I went to the mall yesterday, while I was in the food court I saw some balloons, I could tell they had some store's name on them so I thought I could grab a few like I do with Red Robin.

But I couldn't make out the name, and I didn't wanna seem like a creep trying to get close to read the balloons so I could try and get some.

So I knew there was some store giving away balloons in the mall, but I couldn't tell where.

I'll try again some time, but still, I wanted those balloons...

yes this happens to me also, I normally try to "stalk" the owner until I can make out the print on the balloon.

Secondly, sometimes when I can make out the advertising balloon and head out to the store, the balloons are finished out or the new batch is not replaced.
