They're almost certainly 16" balloons, and probably Qualatex too, though nothing is guaranteed, and I'm not sure how you'd find out any further info out to determine that fact.
But, an educated guess would be 16" Qualatex, in my view. -

That’s a good guess. Personally, I find them a bit too round/wide to be Qualatex 16”. Maybe Sempertex 18”?Comment
