Question Virtual Reality balloons question
Hi,
i recently bought an Oculus Quest VR headset, great device and i started to do some 3D balloon models :-)

What do you think guys/girls is their shape accurate? Any recommendations?

Not bad. I donít know what engine you use to render them, but they could do with a bit of shine. I made a virtual reality game involving balloons. I added reflections and transparency so they look more realistic. Shapes are good though.

Both of you did an awesome job getting the shapes right! A lot of mainstream video games seem to phone it in when it comes to rendering balloons.

The program that i am using with my VR headset is Gravity Sketch it allows you to make 3D obkect but sadly it does not have reflection cappabilities. Though, i can export a 3D Object and make some adjustments in a computer, do you know any program for that?

Thanks! The great thing doing this 3D model in VR is that you see then as if they were real in front of you at real scale or you could change scale an make them look gigantic.
My goal is to recreate a fantasy scenario with a lot of balloons, just for fun.

Blender and unreal are both free. Blender is good for renders, and unreal for making an actual game.
