WOW!!! The video can be viewed by scrolling down a little and clicking on the purple box in the lower right corner . Apparently , you fill it with warm water , lube it up and "enjoy" I wonder what it costs ?

At $109 euro and probably about 30 euro shipping that would be about $157 USD.
