This looks like and S and T from balloon lovers corner. I am not sure you want to deal with them and I don't know what the age of the balloons would be.

It's my favorite shape and size. I also like the mexican 15" that Kaboom used to carry. Anyone have ideas where to find those?

I used to buy the ‘Mexican 15 inch’ balloons from Kaboom, and I am quite sure that they were Unique balloons. You can get them in the webshop Jenny Loons:

Look for Unique 15” Oval (Mix Pack).

They are probably also available in various US webshops.
