These smelled like a barn. I got them off some car dealer supply website in 2011 and they were referred to as “Tuff Tech.” Came in red, orange, yellow, green, blue and white. Lemme guess … an unknown brand from China?

Well I do have a video of me inflating a yellow TT 17 smiley. Exact same inflation session too. So those 2 balloons are clearly different.

Definitely sounds like an unknown brand from China, but probably one copying the TufTex 17s.

Definitely, the barn smell points to Chinese balloons as they are usually smelly (sometimes of petrol, sometimes of barn).
