I just bought 18" balloons at Target store. These must be new! I will check them out later😁

I think Target stores are in US. There is a chain of stores in UK called 'Tiger' stores, they have just started selling 18" balloons, 45cm to be precise. Three in a packet for a couple of quid. Are these two store chains related?

I don't think they are related. The supplier may have had a good deal on 18" balloons.

I'll take a look today. Heading across the border tonight. They looked like Paddle Balloons online which I do not like. But they are 5 for $2.99 it looked like.

The Bellingham, WA Target doesn't stock them... I saw Punchballs, but no 18"...
