Over 2ft for sure. I've 72" cattex and don't know what to do with them, any ideas? Only ever inflataded them to the max to observe the size.

Larger balloons still trigger the phobia/fetish somewhat, just not nearly as much. I have a feeling that if I were see someone play with larger balloons in real life it would be plenty exciting, but when watching videos, they don't do it for me as much.

I think part of it is that since it takes a lot longer to blow them up and they don't get as tight, the rate at which the risk of popping increases during inflation is just too slow, compared to seeing a girl blow a 12"er to dangerously large sizes in just a handful of breaths.
I'm exaaaactly like this. 12"-14" are in this sweet spot where they're small enough to trigger phobia in the ways you describe, but not so small that they get less intimidating (the little 7" and below just don't threaten as much). They're the absolute peak of thrill/fear for me too.

I am more into the 17”-24” range. The smaller ones just can entertain me for a very long time and they feel a little too easy for a nice challenge.
In the other hand bigger loons like 36 or more usually don’t have a nice neck to inflate, so I never know when they are at its limit, so I almost never use them.
My sweet spot is 17” and maaaaaan do I know them even better than my palms.
A looner looking for fun, against violence or people with hightened moral idealism…. I just care about loons, so don’t ruin the fun.

Size is important to me. I like to inflate 24” to 36” and larger round Helium Balloons. The bigger the more lift !!!!!

36” and larger for me personally.

My favorite used to be the unique 36” but when they changed the latex used for them, they became too hard at rated size and I like a soft big balloon.

Took me a while, but I have found good alternatives for me.
Cattex 37” and 55”. Both are super tough and remain soft enough for me.

The 55” cattex is my current go to. Inflated to around 36-40” so it’s still squishy.
Not the cheapest, which suits as I’m a dedicated on popper.

Colour is also important, as I prefer black balloons.

Does anyone else have a preferred colour also ?

It's all a matter for the individual. Personally I love 24" balloons blown up tight with a good neck. Don't mind 16/17" balloons not bothered with anything smaller. 36" balloons upwards just too big for me personally.

The bigger the better. I have 12 inch balloons but I rarely inflate them. The smallest ones I have are 24 inch. I love 36 inch and larger. I have a 30 foot weather balloon that I haven't taken out of the box yet. I love my 4 and 8 foot cloud busters. Also my 60 and 72 inch are some of my favorites.

there is no such thing as too big.
Anything below 32 inch doesn't move me at all.

As LadyWhiteWolf said - the bigger the better. But, to be frank, almost each size can be used well, only different ways.

Anything under 12" doesn't really do anything for me.

12" ones are fairy good, but no where near as good as bigger ones, like 16", 18", 24", etc. But what makes the 12" ones a LOT better (I don't mean better than the bigger ones) is to make big balloon columns out of them to jump on and hump.

As long as the size isn't so big that if fills up the whole room, then I don't know if there is such a thing as too big for me.

My case is opposite with your case. I prefer larger than 16 inch. Smaller balloons than 16 inch won’t do much for me. Hehehe
