For me it's 4 . 1 family member , 1 relative and 2 friends .

Every partner I've had knows, most of my friend group knows, and I think only three family members found out accidentally. Probably like 12 people?

My wife is the only one that actually knows and participates in my non-popping, helium inflating balloon fetish. My sisters know I have a thing for balloons from my childhood but don't anything about it.

The only ones who participate are my friend (who I've known for 40 years!) and his wife . I told him about this when we were in 8th grade . He didn't really understand it at first but quickly figured out how much it excited me. He was the one who helped me get my first fetish DVDs as I had no access to the internet back then . His wife got involved in this with me close to 15 years ago after he told her about my fetish and she volunteered her "services" !

I'm out as a looner and go to the strip club where I'm known as the balloon guy. My whole family knows and I'd say a lot of my friends.
