    Types of Balloons

What are the different types of balloons used for the decorative purposes?

I'm not sure if I've understood the question, but here goes...

Generally, there are two types: latex balloons, and foil balloons (also known as Mylars). Latex balloons are made of latex from rubber trees, and are generally plain colours, with occasional printed designs.

Depending on the person doing the decorating, they may use cheaper rubber balloons. (Rubber balloons tend to feel much rougher to the touch, compared to latex ones, and rubber ones don't have a nice smooth sheen to them.)

Mylars, or foils, are the silvery ones, that are printed, or come in shapes, like stars, rounds, and have cartoon characters or logos on them.

If that's not what you mean, then you will need to explain a bit more about what you mean by the "different types of balloons use for the decorative purposes".
