hi i was just wondering if anyone here has had any experience on making balloons if so list the pros and cons

Not had any experience in making them, but the main con will be the time and cost to make them.
A few people on the Balloon Buddies mailing list make them, and whilst what they do is amazing, it's also expensive and time-consuming, and a real-case of trial-and-error.
If you've got the money, time and equipment to do so, then by all means try it. Just don't expect to get anything near the kind of quality that you can buy. Making balloons really is NOT remotely easy/simple!
