Can I Reuse helium balloons?

I am using helium balloons for decorating my sister's birthday. Is it possible to reuse helium balloons?

I reuse balloons all the time. Good quality balloons that are inflated a second or third time get significantly larger.

I wouldn't reuse cheap balloons or balloons that have been left out in the sun for a long time (if you live in Dubai, that could be a problem). Those most likely will pop before their rated size.

Your biggest challenge may be untying the necks, especially if they are 12" balloons.

I reuse my helium balloons all the time. When i go to Party City to get my balloons filled with helium, i dont let them tie the necks shut; I have them use balloon clips from Balloons United that i have bought.

I refill balloons that had helium in them before with air and I believe they are softer/ squishier that if they only has air the first time.
