Horrible luck

I just tried using 6 balloons, 5 of which popped before I could use them (three during inflation, 2 afterwards) and the sixth one I gotto use but it popped before I was finished.

That's very unlucky though it does happen.... You could try pre stretching the larger sizes though.... Inflate them a few times to about half inflated and press and force the air inside into the end before finally inflating fully...

They were really cheap old balloons I found in a drawer because I was out of good ones. Still though, they tend to last at least one session.
