latex bladders converted into balloons
These are 6 liter latex breath bags. The inflation nozzle was from a 30" balloon has been added on to be able to inflate. They are heavy latex and I have had accidental pops
and it can leave a 3-4 inch red welt on your skin. My wife just gives me 'that look' when she sees one on me. When under inflated they can hold weight. The last image is a hand dipped latex tube added.
Since these were not made to inflate there are often windows and defects
that have to be re inforced otherwise the bladder will pop prematurely.

Oh wow. Those look really cool. I always wondered what those would be like to inflate as I've seen them on nitrous rebreather machines and such. If you could post more pics in the future that would be awesome!

Re: latex bladders converted into balloons
Here is a couple of pictures of the same bladder after it burst prematurely.
These usually last for dozens of inflations over a period of months. This one touched a sharp corner on a metal workbench. Since then the metal corner has been filed down. Before getting back to the original size, it is much like a new balloon as it has to be stretched very slowly in stages. I actually still have this one from 2018.

Re: latex bladders converted into balloons
Those look great! Where can I find them? I like the nozzles you added, too. I managed to find a latex bladder from a large blood pressure cuff. It's super tight but can give a good ride when underinflated a bit. They also come with a hose attached already so they're pretty easy to inflate.

Re: latex bladders converted into balloons
A couple of days ago I received a parcel from Aliexpress, with breathing bags. I add a photo, someone wanted to know what they are. The one that is inflated in the photo is far from the limit, I was afraid to inflate it further, I was in a place where cotton would give me away LOL)). At first, they inflate a little hard, but then it is easier, and at the same time they become softer to the touch. After deflation, the stretching is remembered, so I think subsequent inflation will reach larger and larger sizes. I strongly advise you to try who loves to ride the balls. I also leave a link to the sale. Try and do not forget to upload your photos and videos, it is interesting to see what results you have achieved. And yes, the volume of bags is 3 liters.

Re: latex bladders converted into balloons
The second breathing bag looks like a denser rubber and is less stretchable. Or maybe it seems to me so because the first one has already been stretched, time will tell

Re: latex bladders converted into balloons
These bladders, I usually inflate to 30 to 32 inches. (140 to 170 puffs)
They are underinflated but I want them to last for re inflation.
I have gotten them to about 36 inches.(about 245 puffs) If they pop at that size they would knock things off the shelf! Needless to say, I almost never inflate them to full size.
